Positive: The property’s location in the Plateau neighborhood is a highlight, offering convenient access to the area. However, despite reaching out to the manager regarding our concerns about towels and shower gel, we did not receive a response. Negative: We noted that there was no daily cleaning service, which was unexpected. Perhaps the most significant issue was the location; the property is situated next to a noisy alley where garbage and recycling trucks frequently operate, making it difficult to rest. We were disappointed by the limited amenities provided; for a three-night stay, only two bath towels were supplied for two guests, and there was no shower gel or tissue box available. We reached out to the manager to ask for these lacking elements with no response: the only reply we got was an automatic message inviting us to leave a five-star review. All in all, we would recommend exploring other accommodation options if you’re looking for a more comfortable and amenity-rich stay. For the price, staying at a hotel might offer better value.
