Comfortable and pleasant

Great Service and Value
Our hosts were extremely communicative, which is always appreciated but especially so with a keyless property. We found the accommodations well worth what we paid. The location is great and the rooms are well equipped. I would definitely stay here upon returning to Montreal!

I would go back but be more explicit about the check-in fee
Positive: Location, cleanliness, access
Negative: The hidden fee for check-in verification 15$/35$. Unless you are the kind of person who reads the entire 3 pages description all the way to the end, be advised that additional fees will have to be paid for check-in verification.

Loved the place and will stay again!
Positive: Great place nice and clean and super location.
Negative: the app to communicate via messaging was non-functional which made communicating difficult
