Little Italy: explore Montreal desde un elegante apartamento contemporáneo

The location was perfect as it was very near where a family member lives, but also so many wonderful establishments are also nearby. The host was helpful with providing needed supplies when we ran out. Easy check-in and check-out!

This property is very close to the Jean Talon Market, close to the Metro withl lots of dining options and was even close to the WTA tennis event at Jarry Park.

We had an issue initially because the heat was not on and the thermostats were quite different than what I deal with in the US. When I read the instructions, it said that if you were having difficulty to take a photo of the thermostat and I would get a return call with help. I took a pic of the thermostat that I was trying to set. When the person called, they were not able to assist. As it turns out, the thermostat I was trying to set, and that I took a photo of, was for the AC. When I figured out on my own that there was a different set of remote controls for the heater, I was able to solve the problem by myself. We were unable to find any blankets anywhere on property. Sone lovely ones were delivered and we were cozy for the rest of the stay. It would be really nice if we had more than one. Tell each for a weeklong stay and there was only one extra roll of toilet paper. My husband had a bad case of food poisoning that ended up putting him in the hospital. We ran out of toilet paper long before the stay was over. Everything else was really nice and the location was perfect for us.

An issue was identified about my parking pass and an unauthorized vehicle that was located there since our arrival. Was very slow to take action! No flexibility on time of departure!! And finally, we're in Quebec, but the language of communication was only done in English!!!

Excellent rental! Would highly recommend. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and as described. We had very quick responses to any inquiries. The location is wonderful with lots to do within walking distance.
