A nice basic but comfortable apartment in a great location.
Positive: Great location for a Foodie. At the doorstep of the Jean Talon Market with lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The 2&5 Metro station is an easy 5 minute walk.
Negative: Being right on Rue Jean Talon it was pretty loud during the day but no issue at night. Basic but comfortable apartment.

Positive: The location was close to the Metro station, as well as the Jean Talon market and a grocery store was a five minute walk. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond to texts sent to them.
Negative: The traffic noise was a little loud at night in the living room and one bedroom, ear plugs were provided which was nice.

It was very noisy. When you walk in and see ear plugs on the bed, you know you are in for it. Not to mention there is no balcony instead it's the top of a roof from another building.
