Positive: The apartment was clean, newly renovated, comfortable, and in an absolutely fantastic location for enjoying the neighborhood and accessing public transportation. Being able to prepare meals in the kitchen and do laundry was a great asset for traveling with kids.
Negative: It may vary by unit, and we were on a lower floor, but a dehumidifier would help. Towels and clothing did not dry well hanging in the unit.
