Simplement parfait

This is my fourth stay here and I can depend on the apartment to be clean, spacious, well equipped. #204 had great light in the living/dining/kitchen area. For me it's all about the location. I can walk to my favorite groceries stores on Parc Avenue and to my adult children on Ave de Gaspe. The staff at Denstays are always available and responsive. I will return again next time I visit my adult children.

Very satisfied. Beautiful, comfortable, modern apartment in the heart of mile end. Positive: Apartment was clean and in a perfect location. Everything was functional, and in good condition. Negative: If you’re sensitive to noise, you might be bothered by sounds of the neighbors and hallway. But not too bothersome

My only complaint is the drain in the tub was slow and the shower needs a little service. Otherwise, very clean and quiet with excellent amenities and full kitchen. If you don’t need a car don’t bring one.
