Positive: L'emplacement, les équipements Negative: Le bruit à l'étage au dessus, un plancher mal isolé.

Endroit coquet et bien situé. Super service à la clientèle. Rien à redire!

Positive: The room is clean, new and well-facilitated and the location is super convenient! This area is surrounded by restaurants and shops (Jean-Talon Market, Italian, Mexican and organic grocery store etc.). Both Bus and Metro are available until night, and many people stay at terrace or sidewalk of nearby restaurants. So you 'll feel almost safe. It's a self check-in apartment. The help desk gave me quick response and support even though our area had a power outage. Two shared laundry machines (free to use) and back-up for kitchen paper, toilet paper, detergent, shampoo, olive oil, salt & paper are great value. Negative: The name “with Yard View and full bath” might be confusing, since the reality (of my room) was a "room with a walk-in Shower with a Parking view" . As the term for interior, what exactly a "full bath" mean is a facility with 4 component including a bathtub as bellow(*). The second floor is nearly ground floor at the eye level of drivers parked in front. I wish the window has a Venetian blinds or a curtain for privacy (It has only blackout roller shade). Un séjour agréable dans la Petite Italie Positive: Le quartier de la Petite Italie, le calme du studio ayant été logé côté parking, la propreté et les équipements mis à disposition, dont la machine à café et le grille pain. Negative: Le studio bien qu’acceptable reste de taille modeste par rapport au prix demandé, nous aurions apprécié une housse de protection entre l’oreiller et la taie, il conviendrait de changer le protège-matelas plastifié pas agréable au couchage et qui comportait des traces, il faut savoir que la machine à laver et le sèche linge situés au premier niveau ne sont pas privatifs au studio, mais communs à l’ensemble des studios.
