Amazing helpful staff, wonderful location
Positive: Absolutely WONDERFUL staff that were incredibly helpful. My partner was going through some medical treatments and they provided extra blankets and pillows for her recovery. Also there was some utilities work done by the city, and they kept us updated at all times. The location at L'Plateau was so accessible with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby!!
Negative: The water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger, it took a long time to wash up esp if you have long hair.

excellent location and well appointed
Positive: Location was excellent, close/easy access to everything, good kitchen facilities, very quiet, worked well for a longer stay
Negative: Couch could be improved, a few additional items in the kitchen would be useful, e.g. oven mitts, better ktchen tongs, cutting board, etc.
