Mile End - Fresh 1 Bdr in the Heart of Mile End - Unit 201

A well designed apartment with everything you need in a fantastic neighborhood. Positive: You couldn’t find a better apartment for exploring The Plateau and Mile End areas. Great cafes, food, shopping all just steps away. I was worried about the winter weather but It was easy to have a wonderful time getting to know the neighborhood. Negative: The noise below at the cafe can get loud on the weekends. The loud snow clearing sirens outside the window startled me one night. I had no idea what the sirens were for. Turns out they get people to move their cars to clear snow. I thought the world was ending!

This is my fifth time staying with Denstays in Mile End. Its location is excellent, the apartments are dependably clean and comfortable, and the kitchen’s equipped to prepare food. The staff is responsive and thoughtful. I love sitting at the dining table in 201 with a window looking out on Saint Viator, where I can also buy the best bagels in the world.

Excellente adresse dans le mile end Positive: L'appartement est grand, très confortable, très bien équipé. Le lit est immense et d'un grand confort. L'emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier dynamique avec les cafés, restaurants, épiceries, bus à proximité. Très bonne communication et réactivité des loueurs. Situé au dessus d'un café, c'est un peu bruyant (essentiellement le WE et jusqu'à minuit max), mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Negative: rien

Très bon Positive: L’emplacement même si situé au dessus d’un bar donc un peu bruyant Negative: L’arrivée … l’entrée n’est pas bien indiqué, pas d’accueil sur place . Une procédure de pré enregistrement reçu alors que j’étais dans l’avion ! Donc une arrivée très compliquée mais les responsables à distance ont su faire le nécessaire

Impeccable, merci! Positive: Très bel et spacieux appartement, propre et full équipé! Hyper bien placé dans l’animé Mile End et proche de plusieurs transports. Point de chute idéal. Negative: Qui dit quartier très animé dit pas le plus calme… les sommeils les plus légers sont prévenus.
