New and Cozy 3 bedroom in Le Plateau by Denstays - Unit 416

Perfect location to experience Montreal Positive: Nice, well-equipped and clean apartment, located in Le Plateau area with lots of shops and restaurants. The pastry shop right at the apartment is amazing. We could smell croissant every morning. The french restaurant next door served great food at reasonable price. A Michelin ramen shop is only 3-min walk. There is a nice grocery store right across the street. The apartment is 10-min walk to Mount Royal train station. The host is very responsive and helpful Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor. No elevator and the stair is quite steep and narrow. Not convenient for large luggages.

Positive: Le lieu, l'appartement, la bonne literie. Negative: L absence d'un kit de nettoyage de l appartement ainsi que d´un aspirateur utiles lorsqu'on passe plusieurs jours. Nous l avons demandé et avons été fournis qlq jours après. Prévoyez le par défaut.

Positive: It’s a beautiful space, really spacious, with comfortable beds. Apartment was spotless clean. Amazing location. Would definitely rent this place again. Negative: Nothing!
