New and Cozy 3 bedroom in Le Plateau by Denstays - Unit 416

Positive: Lovely bright and airy apartment in vibey area with great restaurants and shops. Close proximity to metros, supermarket and bakery just below. Also lovely parks in neighborhood. Central location. Negative: Very noisy at night especially on the weekend. Ice hockey matches result in a lot of noise coming from nearby bars and restaurants where supporters cheer their team on loudly. This carries on until about midnight ! Police sirens also on the weekend and a lot of noise coming from restaurants and bars throwing out trash at night especially bottles then early morning noise from 4:30 am with either homeless people going through trash or workers clearing it away . Unfortunately this detracted from our stay as we only had 3 quiet nights out of 7 !

Perfect for an 8 day stay, great location including a fantastic bakery/cafe downstairs and a supermarket on the corn Positive: Well equipped, clean, bright and airy. Good layout for 3people. Easy access. Negative: The stairs are steep if you struggle with stairs. Not a problem for us.

Perfect location to experience Montreal Positive: Nice, well-equipped and clean apartment, located in Le Plateau area with lots of shops and restaurants. The pastry shop right at the apartment is amazing. We could smell croissant every morning. The french restaurant next door served great food at reasonable price. A Michelin ramen shop is only 3-min walk. There is a nice grocery store right across the street. The apartment is 10-min walk to Mount Royal train station. The host is very responsive and helpful Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor. No elevator and the stair is quite steep and narrow. Not convenient for large luggages.

Positive: Location right above a great bakery!
