New Stylish and bright 2bdr near St-Hubert Plaza - Unit 202

Super stay-! Positive: A roomy clean apartment with full facilities at an incredible price. It even had a washer/dryer. If i return to Montreal with or without my family, I would head for this place for sure! Negative: Nothing could have been better-maybe a teapot would be a good idea.

Great size and well equipped property with access to shops, bars and metro, but not for quiet stay. Positive: Size of the property and equipment is excellent with great leaving area 2 good size bedrooms and great kitchen. Very modern and clean decor. Wifi and air con worked well. Good distance to metro, food and shops. Negative: It should have been really more detailed instruction on checking into property and earlier than 24 hrs. I only received codes via the app and it was really unsettling how it's going to work when we reach the place. The code boxes outside and inside were unclear as they are 2 - manual and electronic, so we had to learn on our own how to use it (ignore manual and work out the electronic). Only for the 3 time approach we were fully comfortable to use it with no hiccups. The leaflet says it's a family business, but you speak with AI only via app, this is hilarious! No human touch at all during the experience, I personally don't like it, questions responded with prewritten AI text! Back street is dodgy - the windows are to this street, garbage, graffiti - avoid! And last but not least, bars and a night club being a next door neighbour!! Not a quiet neighbourhood on weekend or when open, I didn't sleep at all on Saturday night as the club is behind the wall with live music! This is not a quiet neighbourhood.

Positive: The beds are really good and it was really clean Negative: Either I do not know how to handle the airco or the airco could not be adjusted, which was a bit chilly.

Les équipements cuisine et la literie étaient tops Negative: Le manque d'aération dans le logement (puits de lumière en séjour et seuls les fenêtres des chambres s'ouvrent) La connexion wifi trop capricieuse
