Better value than a hotel Positive: Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, great local amenities, quiet area, close to metro. Digital access and customer service. Negative: Nothing really. Others mentioned noise from nightclub, in 10 days we heard a few minutes of distant 'beats'.

Comfortable on weekdays Positive: Spacious and modern place. Everything works. Negative: The apartment is on the 2nd floor atop of a nightclub. Drunk clubbers are noisy right under the bedroom window. Low frequency noise goes through walls.

Trés bon séjour Positive: Appartement spacieux, clair, meubles modernes, coquet, literie trés confortable, trés bien équipé. Quartier commerçant animé. Negative: L'accés a été difficille, pas de N° d'appartement, pas le bon code. Pas de réponse immédiate au téléphone. don cpetit coup de stress devant la porte de l'immeuble dans la rue avec nos valises!!! Un peu bruyant en soirée, deux bars à coté.

Positive: Très bon emplacement, à côté des métros et du marché Talon. L’appartement est d’une bonne superficie, très propre et la literie confortable. Negative: Le logement ne possède que des fenêtres dans les chambres donnant sur la rue Saint-Hubert. Plusieurs nuits ont été bruyantes. La baignoire est aussi glissante, une barre de soutien serait la bienvenue.

Positive: We made a lot of use of the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the living area was bright and attractive. Host was very responsive. Negative: Unfortunately there is a club next door that is open to at least 2 p.m. and it's very noisy making it impossible to get a good rest. It is quiet during the day, but I would not have booked this spot if I had known about the club next door. The bathroom is small. The kitchen could use more basics like parchment paper, plastic wrap, food storage containers, sheet pans, serving plates and bowls, etc. The description suggests there is a 24 hour reception desk and luggage storage on site which is not true.
