Positive: Well located, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and coffee shops of all types.

Positive: La propreté du logement,
La cuisine équipée,
Le salon avec la grande TV
Negative: Le bruit,
Les lumières extérieures de l'escalier qui illuminent l'intérieur du logement.
Le fait de devoir payer une caution en plus du prix initial, cela n'était pas prévu.

Loved the apartment. Loved the location.
Positive: Super cute, brand new, apartment in the heart of Rue Saint-Denis. Quiet, extremely clean, all the amenities you need to make a meal - the owners even provide olive oil. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We had an apartment facing the interior courtyard, so no noise from the street.
Negative: The only downside is parking. Street parking is a nightmare, so if you plan to have a car, be sure to book a garage in advance.
